NautiBuoy makes a splash

Unveiling innovations at boot Düsseldorf to celebrate ten years of NautiBuoy

The Challenge

NautiBuoy, the market leader and DAME-award-winning premium floating platforms for superyachts, was celebrating its tenth anniversary with the launch of five innovative new products, at boot Düsseldorf, one of the world’s largest leading international boat show and water sports exhibitions. The challenge was to effectively launch NautiBuoy’s the new superyacht accessory products, secure significant media coverage and establish expert positioning within the marine industry, on a global scale. Additionally, it was a goal to organise and manage media meetings at the show, where the products were making a world-wide debut.

"ADPR exceeded our expectations from start to finish. They delivered far more than we could have ever hoped for. The whole team have been an absolute pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing to make some noise. You guys are bloody brilliant. You certainly pulled it out of the bag! A huge thank you to everyone that made it happen.”

The Solution

ADPR developed a strategic three-month campaign to support NautiBuoy’s objectives at boot Düsseldorf. The campaign included drafting and issuing a news release to launch new products and developments in line with the brand’s anniversary, along with a show preview release sold into global marine journalists. ADPR organised a press invite for the launch party and scheduled meeting slots with key media representatives.

Post-event follow-ups with media ensured sustained engagement and further product review and feature coverage in several leading publications, beyond the show. Furthermore, ADPR engaged in ongoing media relations and press office to secure additional press opportunities and thought leadership features, beyond the initial KPIs and scope.

The Results

The campaign exceeded the agreed key performance indicators and delivered impressive results for NautiBuoy. Over the three-month period, ADPR generated 18 pieces of coverage in top global marine and luxury lifestyle magazines and online publications, including Marine Industry News, All At Sea, Inside Marine, Ocean Magazine, Boote, Bateaux, Barcos News, OnBoard Magazine and Easy Branches, as well as securing a front cover slot and three-page feature of the new products with Art of Luxury. Thought leadership features were also secured, including an interview with Marine Industry News and a feature in All At Sea to showcase the new products.

The total circulation and audience reach of the coverage combined reached almost one million! ADPR secured eight meetings with key tier 1 marine media ahead of boot Düsseldorf, including representatives from Barche a Motore, Boote, Baatsans, DEX Magazin, Yachting Monthly, Yacht, Speed! and Powerboat and RIB. These efforts significantly enhanced NautiBuoy’s visibility and positioned them as the leading superyacht accessory brand.
