The Somerset Catalyst team today announces the ten successful applicants who have been invited to join the county’s inaugural new development programme for entrepreneurs and businesses.

With extensive interest from around the county for Somerset’s exciting new programme for entrepreneurs and businesses, the Somerset Catalyst team have extended the applicant deadline to Friday 4 September 2020.

Four Somerset District Councils have joined forces to fund and launch an exciting new scheme to give start-ups and early stage businesses the best chance of success. Called Somerset Catalyst, it is part of a wider business support programme that is rolling out across the county. Applications for the programme commencing in September 2020 are now invited.

Residents and businesses gathered at the Guildhall on Saturday (16/06) to view the exciting proposals to regenerate Chard and give their views on the various elements of the scheme.
