ADPR has a new shareholder and two new additions to the Board.
Jenny Walford has been Acting Managing Director for the past year while Kate O’Sullivan was on adoption leave. Kate has now returned to the business and Jenny has become a shareholder, joining the board as a company director. ADPR also welcomes Randy Weeks as Non-Executive Director.
Kate and Jenny will be Joint Managing Directors of ADPR and will be working together to ensure the ongoing growth and development of the company.
Kate O’Sullivan, Joint Managing Director at ADPR, said, “Jenny and I have worked together for many years and have always been aligned on our values and vision for the future. Two heads are always better than one, and I am excited about combining our skills and experience to further strengthen the ADPR brand.”
Jenny joined ADPR in 2016 with a mix of agency and in-house experience, previously working across brands such as Visa, Philips, P&G, Wickes DIY, Hotpoint, and Tesco Telecom.
Jenny Walford, Joint Managing Director at ADPR, said, “I am very excited to be joining forces with Kate to forge a path for ADPR’s future. It has been a privilege to be at the helm of her business for the past year, and I’m looking forward to working with Kate and the rest of our team to take ADPR to new heights.
We are also pleased to welcome Randy to the Board of Directors, who has a wealth of experience growing successful communication businesses. ADPR will greatly benefit from his expertise in the industry.”
Randy Weeks, Non-Executive Director at ADPR, said, “I am excited to be joining ADPR and I look forward to working with the Board and the leadership team to help the agency realise its full potential.”
Randy was introduced to ADPR via the Inspire network, a team of experts who connect businesses with the right support, advice and capability needed to grow.
