Luxury British motor yacht manufacturer, Fairline Yachts, announces the Asian debut of its brand new Squadron 50 at Thailand Yacht Show, from 9-12 January 2020 at Royal Phuket Marina.
Returning to the award-winning Royal Phuket Marina, the Thailand Yacht Show is the leading consumer boat show in Thailand and celebrates its fifth anniversary in January 2020. The show promises a spectacular display of yachts, marine equipment, lifestyle products, plus a packed schedule of events and family-friendly activities.
Officially launched at Southampton International Boat Show in the UK in September 2019, the Squadron 50 features luxurious details synonymous with the Fairline brand, coupled with a contemporary and stylish look. The sporty flybridge offers additional space for relaxing and helming.
The 50ft range comes with a choice of twin Volvo IPS 600, 650 or 700 engine options, the latter providing a top speed in excess of 32 knots. With user-friendly joystick controls, Volvo’s impressive IPS engines offer excellent manoeuvrability, outstanding performance and low emissions.
Dennis de Roos, Fairline’s Sales & Marketing Director, says, “We are proud to showcase our luxurious Squadron 50 for the first time at the Thailand Yacht Show in January 2020. The show provides the perfect platform for us to debut the Squadron 50 in this important market.”
The new line – comprising of a Targa 50 OPEN, a Targa 50 GT and a Squadron 50 – builds on Fairline’s already well-established 48ft offering, with key specification and aesthetic differences, courtesy of the Fairline Yachts Design Studio, headed up by Wayne Huntley.
